Staff will be ex-officio members of the committee since they are not technically members of the Societies according to the By-Laws. Staff members shall include, but will not be restricted to, the Editor of the Communiqué, the CFIS webmaster and the Principal. As required, other members will include the Chairs of any major fundraising event.

Time Commitment. Five to six committee meetings annually, plus a variety of ad hoc event/initiative meetings or phone consultations as required.  Estimated time commitment would not normally exceed 5 hours per month.
