An orientation for new students and families is offered to help
familiarize them with the school.
To strengthen new students skills and prepare them for a smooth
transition into a French Immersion environment, CFIS offers Resource
and Tutoring Services available at the school (for an additional
fee).
New students applying for admission to Grades 1 through 9 who have
not previously attended Calgary French & International School
are required to complete an Admissions Test prior to acceptance.
This test reviews basic skills in languages and mathematics. There
is a fee for this testing. Please
contact the school for official testing dates for admission to the
2005/06 school year.
Please contact Cécille Triggle, Admissions Director and
Resource and Tutoring Services, at (403) 240-1500 (ext 121) or ctriggle@cfis.com
for more information.
