The 2025 Spring Benefit, Celebrate CFIS Through the Decades, was the culmination of a year of planning, creativity, and community pride. This sold-out event brought our community together for an unforgettable evening of fun, nostalgia, and meaningful impact in honour of CFIS’s 55th anniversary. On behalf of the CFIS Society Board, I would like to extend heartfelt thanks to everyone in our community who attended our Spring benefit, and who contributed with silent auction donations and sponsorships.
The event was a huge success, and raised over $130,000. Thanks to your generosity, the funds raised will directly support the renovation project for the secondary wing and, in particular, the building of our Design Labs this summer—an exciting enhancement for our students. Bravo to the Spring Benefit committee, it was a fabulous event!
We are deeply grateful for the continued engagement of our staff and community. Together, we can provide opportunities that go beyond what tuition alone can support.

From the moment guests entered through the Secondary School entrance, they were greeted with a welcome beverage and invited to stroll through a vibrant art walk featuring student artwork and live music. The journey led to a transformed Elementary Gym—an upscale, retro-inspired space buzzing with energy.
Guests savoured nostalgic bites, sipped themed cocktails, and indulged in sweet treats while dancing through the decades to lively sets by the CFIS Stage Band and the Matt Blais Band—with our enthusiastic emcees cheering on the crowd and keeping the energy high throughout the night.
A heartfelt thank you to our Spring Benefit Committee, the CFIS Art and Music Teams, and every member of our community who helped bring this celebration to life. Your time, creativity, and enthusiasm made the evening truly special.
Together, we created lasting memories—and a meaningful impact for the future of CFIS.
